  • Details of all activities conducted through our Services.

  • To help improve the usefulness and effectiveness of our website and marketing channels
  • To provide you with further information on how to set up an account
  • Processing payments. All payments are processed by ccavenue payment gateways, we wont store any payment related information all will be handled by the third party payment gateways.

During our online group lessons:

  • constant supervision during online lessons by a member of the The superc team (the ‘Co-Trainer’) as well as the teacher leading the session
  • preventing the sharing with attending children of any private details beyond the first name of any The SuperC employee or associate
  • always gaining parental consent if a child’s camera will be on for interactivity purposes during an online lesson
  • collecting physical addresses of all live lesson attendees
  • preventing the interaction between children in an unsupervised environment
  • monitoring all interactions through the teacher and co-trainer
  • recording all interactive lessons for safeguarding purposes, before permanently deleting any recordings within two weeks
  • children are expected to maintain classroom level behaviour during online lessons and we recommend supervision by parents to ensure behaviour
  • Conducting background checks of all teachers and Co-Trainers who participate in live lessons

During our 1:1 tutoring sessions:

  • providing guidance and assistance to all our tutors involved in 1:1 sessions with children on safeguarding best practice
  • having a reporting system in place for our tutors to raise any concerns
  • providing this document and other resources to parents
  • children are expected to maintain classroom level behaviour during tutoring sessions and we recommend supervision by parents to ensure behaviour
  • conducting background checks of all tutors hired to represent SuperC

Before our 1:1 tutoring sessions:

  • ask parents to provide client managers with two contact telephone numbers, child’s DOB, child’s school, current address and an emergency contact number

Staff safeguarding

We take the safeguarding of our staff incredibly seriously. Any kind of harassment, abuse, bullying or discrimination directed towards a member of the SuperC team is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. Reports of any and all instances of harassment will be investigated and may result in the termination of the tuition contract.

The data controller is the person or organisation that determines what data is extracted, what purpose it is used for and who is allowed to process the data. GDPR increases the responsibility schools have to inform pupils and parents about how their data is being used and by whom. SuperC Pvt Ltd is the data processor of staff, parent and pupil data when this data has been uploaded by a school. This is data we are trusted with but do not control.

SuperC Pvt Ltd Learning is the data controller of parent and pupil data that has been uploaded and managed by parents directly onto the SuperC Pvt Ltd Learning platform.

Legal Statement

Legal Policy for TheSuperC Pvt Ltd: Registration on Google Play Store and Website

Access and Use:

Access to and use of TheSuperC Pvt Ltd site and mobile application (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Platform") is subject to the following terms and conditions and the laws of the land.

Scope:

  1. TheSuperC Pvt Ltd provides an online platform for learning and tutoring services under the domains Thesuperc.com, app.thesuperc.com.
  2. These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all persons registered on the platform as Users and regulate their rights and obligations.
  3. Any deviations from these T&Cs must be expressly agreed to in writing by TheSuperC Pvt Ltd to be valid.

Subject of the Contract, Service Description:

  1. Users and Tutors can arrange online Video Lessons via the Platform or through SuperC Pvt Lrt Learningclient management.
  2. Tutor Contracts are concluded directly between Users and Tutors. SuperC Pvt Lrt Learningfacilitates the arrangement of Tutor Contracts but does not become a party to them.
  3. SuperC Pvt Lrt Learningmay offer additional services via the Platform but is not obligated to do so.

Registration, Consent of Legal Representative:

  1. Use of the Platform requires a subscription to Atom Home/Nucleus, and registration implies agreement to these T&Cs.
  2. Users must provide accurate information during registration and update it promptly.
  3. TheSuperC Pvt Ltd reserves the right to refuse registration or exclude registered Users without giving reasons.
  4. Registration is open to all ages, but Users must be at least 14 years old to use chargeable services.

Tutor Contract for Video Teaching, Purchase of Credits:

  1. Tutor Contracts are concluded by purchasing credits for Video Lessons via the Platform.
  2. SuperC Pvt Lrt Learningfacilitates credit payments and is authorized to accept payments on behalf of Tutors.
  3. Users make a binding offer to conclude a Tutor Contract and purchase credits, which SuperC Pvt Lrt Learningconfirms.

Video Lessons, Automatic Extension:

  1. Tutor Contracts may involve packages of lessons to be consumed within a certain period.
  2. Prices may vary based on the package selected.
  3. Contract renewal occurs automatically unless the User notifies SuperC Pvt Lrt Learningof non-renewal.

Rights and Obligations of Users:

  1. Users agree to payment deductions for Video Lessons and to keep access data confidential.
  2. Users must notify SuperC Pvt Lrt Learningof any suspected unauthorized account activity.
  3. Users can reschedule lessons up to 24 hours in advance without cost.

Information about Tutors:

  1. Tutors indicate subject areas for Video Lessons during registration.
  2. Users have no right to specific Tutors, and availability is based on Tutors' indicated times.
  3. Tutors are independent contractors and not employees of SuperC Pvt Ltd Learning.

Use of Platform:

  1. SuperC Pvt Lrt Learningprovides the Platform 24/7 but does not guarantee error-free operation.
  2. The Platform and its content are copyrighted and may not be used beyond agreed rights without prior consent.
  3. Users agree not to distribute prohibited content or use data analysis tools on the Platform.

Warranty, Withdrawal from Tutor Contract:

  1. Users may complain about unsatisfactory Tutor Contracts to SuperC Pvt Lrt Learningfor mediation.
  2. Users have the right to revoke Tutor Contracts within 14 days of conclusion, subject to conditions.

Liability:

  1. SuperC Pvt Lrt Learningis not liable for Tutors' obligations or damages related to Tutor Contracts.
  2. Users are responsible for content posted on the Platform and linked websites.

Exemption from Liability:

  1. Users indemnify SuperC Pvt Lrt Learningfrom liability for claims arising from User-posted content.

Right of Revocation for Users (Tutor Contract):

  1. Users may terminate Tutor Contracts within 14 days of conclusion, subject to conditions.

Contract Duration/Termination:

  1. Tutor Contracts may be terminated under specific circumstances.

Applicable Law, Place of Jurisdiction:

  1. These T&Cs and agreements with SuperC Pvt Lrt Learningare subject to the court of England and Wales.

Final Provisions:

  1. Deviating written agreements take precedence over these T&Cs.
  2. Invalid provisions do not affect the validity of the remaining T&Cs.
  3. Provisions and rights from these T&Cs may not be transferred without written consent.
